Smart pizza in Offenbach

What I have to say: Pasta and burgers would easily get 5 stars, but the pizza is not my thing, but it's a matter of taste. For delivery, I did not order just to pick up and the pick up times are also good. Always only 15 min approx. Pasta burger to recommend !!

Yesterday and the day before yesterday I tried to order from them, the day before yesterday they didn't come. And today after 2 and a half hours the food arrived. Now comes the icing on the cake. Eating is wrong. And all the side dishes were forgotten

Very tasty and there very quickly

Part of the food was great. Pizza and burger were delicious. However, you could find hair in the schnitzel (which was not your own!) And unfortunately the tiramisu already had mold flakes on the cocoa powder decor, which is not possible at all. So the last time was ordered here.

Delivery time + food was ok: pizza, rolling pin + salad. The tiramisu unfortunately arrived frozen and was naked on top without cocoa powder. You can still work on that.

As if it wasn't outrageous enough that I waited over an hour and the supplier didn't have enough change to look over. Had the pizza we were waiting for with great hunger to be completely burned and charred every single sucuk slice was burned to put it in more detail. On the whole, thank you and never again !!!

That was the last time I ordered there. The food is okay, but the delivery service is rude underground. I had already noticed on my last orders that the drivers would be rude when they noticed that they had to go up to the third floor. I do this every day but it's obviously too much for the young guys. Today's driver broke all records, however. Not only did he appear annoyed, but also behaved rude and cheeky. He handed me the salad, for everything else he just held the transport box out to me because he obviously didn't want to burn his fingers on the hot packaging. Then he disappeared without a word. Fortunately, I had withheld the € 2 tip. I don't like being treated like dirt. I can only recommend everyone not to order more here because the food is not worth the rudeness.

The service particularly disappointed me. There was an offer on Groupon, which I discovered and paid for on the evening of the order. The messenger knew of no coupon and wanted to cash in again. After a short consultation with his boss, it was said that you had long since withdrawn the offer from Groupon (order was longer, voucher can still be seen in Groupon). We have agreed that he will send me a small message that I can show Groupon (in case they also have problems with the reimbursement), where he gives me the same information again in writing. I'm still waiting for his "I'll send it to you" ... It's a pity. Fortunately, the Groupon service is better and they accepted my complaint.

Friendly service, ordering via Liferando usually runs smoothly - delivery is generally on time. The only drawback: certain side dishes are labeled incorrectly by Lieferando and some dishes are sometimes not available - but can be easily clarified via the Smart Pizza Service hotline

I waited almost 3 hours for my meal and got a call and was told that the driver was now at the front door. Now he has made a typing error on his navigation system and he is on the other side of the city, now I have been waiting for 2 1/2 hours and my food is still not there. This is an outrage! And it is also considered that I don't even live 10 minutes away!

It's was good the food was really tasty

By far the bad pizza I ate in my life. Have you ever seen a piece of pizza 🍕 jump up like a ball? No? I do not even to this day. But I would like to have renounced this experience. There is even a video of it unfortunately - or possibly fortunately - you can only upload photos here, otherwise they could have participated in this great masterpiece of perfection as a piece of this pizza flies down, giving a really peculiar sound of it like shooting a ball in the air again.

Great place to eat at they got tons different type of food but pizza is the best

Never again and not recommended! We have food delivered. It should take an hour, then it became two. The salad Nice was delivered with giant ham slices. Despite explicit statement no onions, onions were in it. The spaghetti bolognese did not taste like it at all, but after Christmas, more like cinnamon. The child's portion was just as big as the normal one. The taste was not at all tasty. We all had great difficulties with our stomach afterwards. I recommend you, if you want something delicious, fast and everything to your liking, do not order there.
